The role of the Team Leader / Conveyancer is a multi-faceted position. Not only would the successful candidate be required to manage a team of three to four, including performance and culture, but the Team Leader / Conveyancer would also need strong conveyancing experience, specifically in deceased estates conveyancing. They would also be responsible for reporting and working closely with management.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Management of day-to-day operations of teams.
  • Ownership of the client experience.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with all clients and Estate Practitioners.
  • Managing the timeous and effective resolution of client requests / queries.
  • Leadership and management of all RVC Inc. staff appointed within their teams.
  • System access and confidential management, within all company policies and procedures.
  • Timeous completion of all reports and forecasts.
  • Full range of conveyancing duties and responsibilities.

Education and experience requirements

  1. Admitted Attorney
  2. Admitted Conveyancer with at least 3 years’ post-admission experience
  3. Admitted Notary (beneficial)
  4. Estate administration experience
  5. Experience of managing teams/departments (beneficial)
