As a New Customer Care Agent, you are responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences and focus on calling new Clients to check if they are happy with their policy and deal with customer queries. 

Primary responsibilities

  • Align responsibilities with sales support team 
  • Dealing with Clients via email and telephonically 
  • General Administration
  • Capturing customers information on Quill Online
  • Assisting clients with Will and Policy Amendments

Education and experience requirements

  • Matric certificate (mandatory)
  • Administration skills
