The role of Regional Manager at RVC Inc. is a multi-faceted position. Not only would the successful candidate be required to manage a team of six to 12, including performance and culture, but the Regional Manager would also need strong conveyancing experience, specifically in deceased estates conveyancing.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Management of the day-to-day team operations.
  • Ownership of the client experience.
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients and Estate Practitioners.
  • Managing the timeous and effective resolution of client request queries.
  • Management of service providers.
  • Leadership and management of all RVC Inc. staff appointed within RM’s teams.
  • KPI and target performance management of RVC Inc. staff appointed within the RM’s teams.
  • Ownership of RVC Inc. finances and all tie-ins to the conveyancing bookkeeper in Johannesburg.
  • System access and confidential management, within all company policies and procedures.
  • Timeous completion of all reports and forecasts.
  • Full range of conveyancing duties and responsibilities.

Education and experience requirements

  • Admitted Attorney
  • Admitted Conveyancer with at least 5 years’ post-admission experience
  • Admitted Notary (beneficial)
  • At least 3 years’ estate administration experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience of managing a department
